• Do your crackers come flat packed for me to make up myself? No they don't. All our crackers are fully made and one end is left open for you to insert gifts.
• Can you send me a sample? You can order a sample from any cracker page. There is a drop down option on each cracker's page where you can select a sample. A sample will cost £1.00 less than the regular priced cracker and is fully refundable against a further order.
• Can we have one end left open to fill with our own gifts? Yes you can. We will make your wedding crackers and scrunch both ends and will tie one end up. The other end will be left open for you to fill your crackers as you wish. All you have to do is gently pull out the open end, pop your fillers in and tie it up with the extra ribbon we supply. It's very easy to do!
• If we buy gifts from you with our wedding crackers do you fill and close them? No we don't anymore. All our wedding crackers, whether they are ordered with or without gifts are left with one end open. You will have to fill each cracker and close as instructed above. The reason is that more often than not our customers want to put certain gift combinations into certain crackers so they know exactly what is in each cracker so they can give it to the correct guest. In the past we have sealed wedding crackers which were ordered with identical gifts only to be told that additional gifts the customer had ordered were needed to go in as well! With this in mind we will only close your crackers if asked to do so.
• Do your wedding crackers include a snap (the banger part)? Yes they do.
• Do they include jokes and hats? Jokes are optional at no extra cost. Foil hats are available for additional costs.
• What size are your crackers? The standard size crackers 31 cm long and the mini's are 23 cm long. The inner tube for the standard cracker is 10 cm x 4.8 cm and the mini is 7.5 cm x 2.8 cm.
